Job Summary:
The RN Medical Office – Float Pool delivers high-quality, patient-centered nursing care across multiple specialty clinics, including Neurology, PMR, Neurovascular, Brain and Spine, and Pain Management. This dynamic role supports provider teams by ensuring clinical excellence, continuity of care, and an exceptional patient experience. The RN will float between designated clinic locations in Greeley, Fort Collins (Harmony and Timberline), and Loveland based on operational needs. This position is ideal for a flexible, adaptable nurse who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced outpatient environment.

- Pain – 2500 Rocky Mountain Ave., Suite 2200, Loveland, CO
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nursing care in accordance with established standards, policies, and scope of practice.
- Perform patient assessments, triage, and clinical documentation in the outpatient setting.
- Support specialty providers with procedures, injections, care coordination, and patient education.
- Manage patient communications, including phone triage, medication refills, and follow-up care coordination.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote safe, efficient, and patient-centered care.
- Maintain clinical competencies across multiple specialty service lines.
- Adapt quickly to varying clinic workflows, provider preferences, and patient populations.
- Uphold infection prevention, safety, and quality improvement standards.

Requirements:
- Minimum Required Education: Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years experience. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
Required Licensure/Certification: State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider and any relevant certification as determined at position level.
Minimum Experience: 6 months of nursing experience
- BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
