Job Overview The Clinical Manager – Home Health & Hospice directs, coordinates and evaluates the delivery of home health and hospice weekend services and operations. Ensures compliance and consistency with agency policy, State and federal home health regulations. Responsible for the management of cost effective, efficient care to home health and hospice patients ensuring the delivery of outcome based to meet the individual needs of patients.
