 As an RWHS Registered Nurse, you will:

  • Appropriately assess patients, apply clinical interventions, evaluate outcomes, and implement change to the individual plan of care.
  • Adapt positively to fluctuating workload to maximize patient care and unit effectiveness.
  • Remain flexible in staffing patterns, share equitably in meeting on-call /availability assignments, and actively seek resolutions of staffing conflicts.
  • Adapt to working in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, and Pediatrics

 You may be a good fit if you have:

  • Graduated from an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred 
  • A compact or State of Nebraska Registered Nurse License; must have NE license within 60 days of hire
  • American Heart Association’s BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required upon hire.

About the Role: As a Nursing Manager - RN at Regional West Physicians Clinic, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
