Service Line Coordinator- RN

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse to serve as our Operating Room Service Line Coordinator—a critical role that supports surgical services, enhances clinical workflows, and ensures an exceptional experience for patients, staff, and providers.

About the Role

The OR Service Line Coordinator is a key clinical leader who supports daily OR operations, provides advanced clinical guidance, and partners with the Surgical Services leadership team to optimize efficiency, safety, and quality in the perioperative environment.
This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented RN who thrives in fast‑paced surgical settings and enjoys mentoring, process improvement, and collaborating with surgeons and interdisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a clinical resource for OR staff in designated service lines
Coordinate case preparation, equipment needs, and preference card updates
Support new employee onboarding, training, and ongoing competency development
Partner with leadership to improve workflow, scheduling efficiency, and turnover times
Ensure regulatory compliance, safety protocols, and adherence to AORN standards
Assist with supply chain coordination, instrumentation tracking, and inventory needs
Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia providers to anticipate and resolve issues
Support quality improvement initiatives and surgical outcomes monitoring
Promote a positive team culture and provide hands‑on support during complex cases
