Practices professional nursing care in an autonomous manner supported by evidenced-based practice, professional standards of care, and code of ethics. Provides care for patients across the life span in a manner sensitive to social and cultural diversity. The Registered Nurse manages the nursing care in an interdisciplinary manner, in collaboration with the healthcare team, family, and significant other. Integrates the Collaborative Model of Care with a strong focus on patient center care into daily practice.

BSN preferred.
Current Ohio RN licensure in good standing
Has practiced as a Registered Nurse within the last 3 years
CPR certification
Ability to read and communicate effectively
Strong interpersonal skills
Critical thinking skills
Medical/surgical experience required
Ambulatory and Endoscopy experience preferred

(if hired to an infusion center) Responsible for knowledge of drugs/chemotherapy/biotherapy/immunotherapy treatments and procedures provided. Central line management and assessment of port function.
