A part-time Registered Nurse (RN) is needed to provide nursing support for an elementary school student in Wakefield, RI. This contract position is available from April through mid-June and involves approximately 20 hours per week, primarily riding the school bus with the student.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care and supervision during bus rides (2 hours morning and 2 hours afternoon).
- Support the students health and safety needs throughout the school day.
- Collaborate with school staff and other healthcare personnel to ensure continuity of care.
- Adhere to all school district policies and nursing standards.
Qualifications:
- Current, valid RN license required.
- Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred.
