Department: OR, Work Hours: Full Time. Primarily Monday through Friday day shift with variable start times, also includes holiday rotations. On call is required.

 

Provides professional nursing care practicing legal nursing responsibilities as indicated by the Nurse Practice Act.  

Requirements Graduate of an accredited professional school of nursing, current Pennsylvania licensure, other state licensure as required. Basic Cardiac Life Support. Recent OR experience  experience preferred. Based on operational needs, on-call and late shifts may be required. Successful completion of applicable clearances as outlined in Human Resources policy HR-106 within 90 days of commencing employment.

Preferred: Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing. Certification in this specialty area.
