How you’ll make an impact in this role

Oversees and coordinates peritoneal dialysis care, ensuring safe treatment delivery and monitoring patients for complications.
Provides charge nurse leadership, supporting nursing staff, coordinating patient assignments, and serving as a clinical resource on the unit.
Guides and supports patients and families, reinforcing education on renal dialysis care and recognition of signs requiring medical attention.
Provides charge-level nursing care for renal and non-renal patients, ensuring care is delivered safely and in accordance with clinical standards.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date reqired. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
