The practice will deliver fully integrated cardiac evaluation and treatment, including but not limited to cardiac and vascular intervention, electrophysiology, heart failure management, valvular heart disease, peripheral artery disease, and a Congestive Heart Failure Clinic.

The practice will be located on the 3rd floor of Cooley Dickinson’s Atwood Health Center at 22 Atwood Drive in Northampton, MA. The Atwood Health Center is a multi-specialty medical office building offering a variety of Cooley Dickinson services and serving as a one-stop health and wellness destination.

We are seeking a full-time 40-hour, Phone Triage Nurse for our new Cardiology office onsite Monday through Friday. Our practice is open 7:30am-5:00pm, shift times are flexible within that time frame!

This role offers a mix of both phone triage and hands-on care coordination for patients with scheduled procedures. This is a unique opportunity for a Nurse to blend their clinical expertise with patient-centered coordination.

Job Summary

Responsible for patient care and support within the outpatient setting through providing compassionate care, assisting in procedures, and collaborating effectively in a dynamic ambulatory care environment.

Essential Functions
-Deliver direct patient care and support, ensuring high nursing standards.
-Conduct patient assessments, devise care plans, and assist in outpatient procedures with a focus on patient comfort and safety.

-Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
-Administer medications, perform IV therapy, and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
