Career Opportunity: Comprehensive Cancer Centers of Nevada (CCCN) is seeking a Advanced Practice Provider (APP) who works collaboratively with physicians, is responsible for providing comprehensive care and who demonstrates a high degree of clinical expertise in working with patients with oncologic and hematologic conditions. This position will be located at our Stephanie clinic, located in the Henderson, NV area. The APP (either APRN or PA) provides care within his/her scope of practice as outlined by applicable state law, licensing, regulations, and institutional policy and practice agreements. Scope: Under supervision or in collaboration with practice physicians, involved in the care of individuals, families and patient groups who are dealing with cancer or other related diagnosis. This care may be in clinic or virtually, via telemedicine. Responsibilities may include duties related to prevention, screening, patient care, management, and research. May serve as direct caregiver, health care consultant, patient educator, administrator, or researcher. Ensures compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards and requirements.
