Quality Nurse (RN) Specialist

Position Summary

  • The Quality Nurse Specialist position will be a Stroke Specialist/Sepsis Coordinator and will support performance improvement for Critical Care Operations at ECU Health Duplin. 

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree is required
  • 2-3 years experience in management recommended
  • 5 years clinical experience
  • Current NC RN licensure

Pay Range

  • Quality Nurse Specialist II salary range > $72259.20 - $105328.08
  • Final compensation is based QNS career ladder placement (QNS I - QNS III)

  • Location/Department: ECU Health Duplin (Kenansville, NC) - Clinical Quality Management 
  • This position is full-time (40hrs/week) - Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
