Job Overview
The Clinical Program Coordinator (CPC) - RN supports the day-to-day clinical and operational functions of a designated clinical program. Working in collaboration with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary teams, the CPC helps implement, monitor, and improve processes that support patient care delivery, data tracking, staff training, and regulatory compliance. The CPC plays a key role in facilitating communication, coordinating activities and logistics, and maintaining documentation to support quality outcomes and program goals.
By position, may specialize in a discipline to develop, support, implement and evaluate clinical education and evaluation including communication of program goals and outcomes using evidence-based practice to support optimal patient outcomes.
Department Name: Care Coordination
Job Status: full time, 40 hours per week, eligible for benefits
Shift: Mainly Monday through Friday, typical business hours, but must be willing to flex hours to meet the needs of families (working later into the evening if necessary)
Duties & Responsibilities
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
Experience: Two (2) years of experience in a clinical or healthcare program setting, including experience coordinating projects or program activities.
Certification(s): BLS/CPR from the American Heart Association required at time of hire with at least 6 months before expiration.
Licensure(s): Registered Nurse (RN)
Strongly Preferred Qualifications
Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week): $84,558.69 to $126,838.03

- This position will support our trach/vent population system-wide (Denver Metro and Colorado Springs)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with planning, coordination, and implementation of program-related initiatives and educational activities in collaboration with clinical leadership.
- Provide program-related support to marketing and communications teams, including promotion of events and services.
- Identify and help implement tools, resources, or best practices that enhance the effectiveness and sustainability of program operations.
- Contribute to presentations, reports, and evaluation tools for internal and external use.
- Participate in identifying and supporting partnerships that advance the program’s mission and promote improved patient outcomes.
- In collaboration with clinical leadership, incorporate clinical knowledge and evidence-informed practices into the coordination of care delivery processes and program goals.
- Support data collection and reporting to ensure compliance with national registries, accreditation bodies, and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with program leadership to prepare for annual program evaluations, quality improvement efforts, and outcome reviews.
- Coordinate logistics for training, meetings, and events, including preparation of materials and follow-up communications.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, policies, procedures, and guidelines related to the program, and support policy review and revision based on evidence-informed practices.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives by tracking outcomes, identifying trends, and supporting implementation of changes to improve care delivery.
- Serve as a liaison between program staff, clinical leadership, internal departments, and external partners to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Monitor program activities for accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with established goals.
- Collaborate on the development and distribution of clinical education and patient-facing materials that reflect current best practices.
