A Typical Day for a Household Coordinator, RN/LPN with The Village: 

  • Provide Quality Nursing Care: Deliver person-centered care, respond to emergencies, and exercise sound nursing judgment.
  • Supervise & Lead Team: Assist with hiring, training, coaching, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Oversee Daily Nursing Activities: Direct and manage care plans, ensure completion of tasks, and coordinate shift handovers.
  • Resident Care & Physician Coordination: Assess residents, carry out physician instructions, monitor health changes, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Ensure Compliance & Safety: Follow OSHA regulations, lifting protocols, emergency procedures, and maintain a safe environment.
  • Promote Teamwork & Communication: Foster collaboration, provide clear guidance to staff, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Maintain Equipment & Complete Documentation: Ensure accurate record-keeping and oversee proper use of medical equipment.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned while upholding WesleyLife’s culture of excellence and person-centered care.

Current Opening: Full-Time: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm, rotating on call
