We are hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for Full-Time float and PRN. . CNA's support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs.

Help people live better lives by:

Supporting the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
Assisting residents in activities of daily living
Implementing residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents. strengths, preferences, and preferred routines, while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
Providing assistance with resident activities and programs
Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
Administration of medication to residents.

What you will need:

Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
1-2 years of CNA experience preferred.
1-2 years of Medication Administration experience preferred.
High School diploma or GED required.

Compensation: Up to $18 per hour commensurate on experience.

The Patient Care Technician , working under the direct supervision of Registered Nurse, is primarily responsible for providing direct, non-invasive bedside care to patients. This position must integrate company values into daily practice. Essential Functions: Prioritizes and delivers basic patient care, including bathing, toileting, feeding, grooming, etc. Performs and documents vital signs, measures and records intake and output, weights, specimen collections, etc. Transfers patients utilizing proper body mechanics and safe patient handling techniques. Reports any changes observed in condition or behavior of patient to appropriate nursing personnel. Assists in preparing unit, patient rooms, and patient beds for receiving patient admissions. Maintains bed and room in a clean, neat, safe, and comfortable manner. Removes supplies and equipment not in use; placing furnishings and equipment out of the path in order to provide a safe, neat, and organized area. Adheres to patient rounding expectations and standards. Assists in maintaining a physical, social, and psychological environment conducive to providing maximal patient comfort and optimizing healing.
