As a Registered Nurse, you will provide comprehensive nursing services across residential programs, behavioral health services, substance use disorder treatment programs, crisis centers, outpatient clinics, and community-based settings. You will conduct assessments, manage medications, coordinate care, monitor health status, and educate clients and families while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best clinical practices. Key Responsibilities:
· Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and evaluate clients’ physical health needs across multiple service lines
· Develop and implement individualized care and action plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary treatment team
· Administer and oversee medications (oral, subcutaneous, and intramuscular), monitor compliance, and evaluate effectiveness and side effects
· Educate clients and guardians on medications, disease prevention, risk reduction, and overall health management
· Coordinate medical appointments, laboratory services, special procedures, and dietary needs to support treatment goals
· Monitor laboratory results and consult with physicians, advanced practice providers, and pharmacy partners to ensure safe and effective care
· Respond to and manage medical emergencies, including injuries and adverse medication reactions
· Oversee infectious disease control practices and promote client and facility health standards
· Assist physicians and advanced practice providers during exams and procedures
· Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards
· Demonstrate alignment with organizational goals and support program leadership as needed

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
· Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri
· Willingness to become licensed in additional states as needed
· Willingness and comfort providing telehealth services
· BCLS certification required (FQHC)
· ACLS certification preferred
· Knowledge of nursing principles related to mental health and/or substance use treatment
· Ability to interpret lab results, medical documentation, and electronic health records

Additional Qualifications:
· Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance
· Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint screening
· Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients, families, and community partners therapeutically and professionally
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound clinical judgment
· Demonstrated time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
· Ability to remain calm and professional when working with individuals experiencing behavioral health crises
· Flexible and adaptable in a rapidly changing healthcare environment

Physical Requirements
· Perform sedentary work, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and negligible force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull objects
· Sit for extended periods with occasional walking or standing
· Perform repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and documentation throughout the work shift
