QAULIFICATIONS:

Associate Degree from an accredited program is required, BSN desirable
Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state or as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
Experienced Emergency Nurses Required

Maintains patient and staff privacy and confidentiality pursuant to HIPAA Privacy Final Rule. Assesses assigned visits of hospice patients to identify the physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs of patients as evidenced by documentation, in the clinical record and admission paperwork.
