Immediate Opening: Skilled Caregiver
Location: Edwards, MO
Schedule: Saturday, Sunday, Monday | 8:30 am to 8:30 pm

Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is hiring a dependable, experienced caregiver to support two clients in the same home in Edwards. This is a dual care position, so you will be assisting both clients throughout your shift.

We are looking for someone with strong hands-on care skills and solid experience supporting clients with memory care needs. Confidence, patience, and consistency are essential in this role.

What You Will Do
  • Assist with brief changes and toileting
  • Support personal hygiene, bathing, and dressing
  • Provide memory care support and redirection as needed
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks
  • Help with essential errands
  • Provide attentive companionship and supervision throughout the shift
What We Are Looking For
  • Previous professional caregiving experience
  • Experience working with clients who have memory care challenges is required
  • Confidence assisting with personal care and hygiene tasks
  • Calm, patient, and compassionate demeanor
  • Ability to manage care for two clients at the same time
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
