$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

The Cardiac Tele Short Stay Unit is a low acuity unit that monitors and evaluates patients for an observation period of up to 16 hours. During the stay, a decision is made whether to discharge or admit the patient. If you enjoy a fast-paced, hospital-based patient care environment, this may be the unit for you!

What you will need:

At least one year of experience as a staff nurse preferred
At least 1 year of Cardiac Tele Experience preferred
Critical Care experience is preferred
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
Demonstrates mastery of nursing skills.
Communicates effectively and is able to guide and supervise nursing personnel.
Current Illinois Nursing licensure
American Heart Association CPR Certification
American Heart Association ACLS Certification within 3 months of hire
NIHSS Certification within one month of hire
PALS, NRP may be required within six months depending on the unit requirements
