Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. License and current registration to practice in a related discipline in Illinois and Missouri or willingness to acquire licensure in Missouri. In-depth understanding of Medicare Conditions of Participation and payment mechanisms for home health. Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills required. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with people who have varied backgrounds. Ability to direct and manage a multi-disciplinary team of home health care clinicians, both professional and para-professional. Computer skills and ability to use word processing, databases, spreadsheets, applications, etc. preferred.
