- Perform scrub role responsibilities
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the state of practice or compact state
- BSN preferred (new graduates welcome — 0–2 years of experience considered)
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic OR environment with changing priorities
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, lifting, and positioning patients
- Active RN license (or Temporary Practice Permit)
- BLS/CPR (AHA) within 30 days of hire
- Act 34 clearance
- National certification preferred
- Graduate nurses must complete licensure exam within required timeframe
