PeaceHealth is seeking a 0.75 FTE Nurse Practitioner to join our compassionate and experienced Nursing Home Services team in beautiful Bellingham, Washington.

Position Highlights

  • 0.75 FTE–Nursing Home Services
  • Provide care for long-term care residents and subacute rehabilitation patients (average 8–10 patients/day)
  • Highly collaborative interprofessional team including 6 Physicians, 3 APCs, Social Worker, and medical support staff—strong emphasis on communication, coordinated care, and shared decision-making
  • Minimal call approximately 1:8, phone-call only, after hours until clinic opens again
  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $102,741.60 – 128,637.60 (based on years of experience and 0.75 FTE)

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited NP program; Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with two years of experience preferred
  • Experience in multidisciplinary teams, hospice, and Skilled Nursing Facility care
  • Comfort with management of acute geriatric issues (e.g., pneumonia, cellulitis, renal failure, CHF) and end-of-life care
