PeaceHealth is seeking a 0.75 FTE Nurse Practitioner to join our compassionate and experienced Nursing Home Services team in beautiful Bellingham, Washington.

Position Highlights

0.75 FTE–Nursing Home Services
Provide care for long-term care residents and subacute rehabilitation patients (average 8–10 patients/day)
Highly collaborative interprofessional team including 6 Physicians, 3 APCs, Social Worker, and medical support staff—strong emphasis on communication, coordinated care, and shared decision-making
Minimal call approximately 1:8, phone-call only, after hours until clinic opens again
Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $102,741.60 – 128,637.60 (based on years of experience and 0.75 FTE)

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited NP program; Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with two years of experience preferred
Experience in multidisciplinary teams, hospice, and Skilled Nursing Facility care
Comfort with management of acute geriatric issues (e.g., pneumonia, cellulitis, renal failure, CHF) and end-of-life care
