HOW YOU'LL WORK: You’ll provide oversight of all personnel and patient care services. You will be responsible for monitoring compliance, quality and safe delivery of services by following clinical processes.

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Operations: Ensure Start of Care compliance by our clinical team and focus on Outcome Monitors as assigned. Participate in all liaison/administrative on-call rotation, and patient staffing as needed to manage after hour’s team, staffing needs and patient related issues. Process complaint workflow reporting staffing trends, neglect, abuse or theft to Administrator for resolution & follow up

Patient Care: Complete patient visits as needed and assist with any patient issues.

Budget: Participate in managing cost of good working with monitoring supply costs, overtime, staffing, bonuses and visits per episode.

Hiring and Training: Select and onboard staff.

Collaboration: Collaborate with intake, providing daily direction, managing referral volume based on staffing availability. Maintain positive working relationships with referral sources including physicians, hospitals, skilled facilities, assisted livings and families.

Supervision: Provide oversight for liaison and clinical staff and ensure timeliness of completion of work/charting as well as identify education needs for the team. Manage On call, PTO, call offs & daily/weekly productivity review to ensure proper staffing coverage to meet the needs of the business in the field and internally.

Minimize Patient Risk: Ensure quality and safe delivery of home health services by our clinical team.

Policies: Review clinical documentation and maintain current knowledge of all Medicare/ Federal/ Insurance / Company and Hospital guidelines, policies and protocol.
