Required Qualifications

Graduate of accredited school of registered nursing.
Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
1 year of Nursing experience in a clinic or
1 year of Nursing experience in acute care with completion of a residency program or
1 year of Nursing Tech experience

Preferred Qualifications

Quality Improvement and Safety: Leads the achievement of strategic quality/safety goals and regulatory standards with monitoring and improvement activities in all departments. Builds a strong leadership culture by making effective hiring decisions. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree - BSN Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire. 5 years of proven leadership in developing, managing, and operating high performing surgical services. Experience in leading and managing in an operational setting where infrastructure support is limited and geographic separation from traditional support services exists.
