IVF/fertility experience with a background in women’s health a plus; training will be provided. 2 years of direct management experience is required. Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR) a must. Skills to promote operation efficiency and a safe and harmonious working environment; knowledge of personnel administration A minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position. Observe patient confidentiality per policies and procedures. Ability to demonstrate computer proficiency, as well as clear and concise oral and written communication skills.
