Responsibilities
As the Manager RN of Quality Post-Acute Services, you’ll oversee the quality, performance improvement and regulatory readiness for home health, skilled nursing and the behavioral health center. Your leadership across multiple post-acute service lines will support quality assurance and performance improvement activities.
You’ll work closely with directors to meet departmental goals and encourage staff participation in identifying problems, developing plans and implementing and evaluating improvement measures. In this role you'll be interpreting and analyzing data, as well as serving as a subject matter expert for OASIS, MDS and documentation standards.Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required within 2 years of hire or transfer into position
Experience
- 3 years of experience in post-acute care (e.g., home health, hospice, or skilled nursing) required
- Demonstrated experience working with CMS quality programs, including MDS, OASIS, Payroll Based Journal, Quality Measures, and the CMS Five Start Quality Rating System required
- Previous leadership experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare required
Licenses and Certifications
- RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required
