Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or obtained within five (5) years from the initial date of hire; RN with 15+ years of service or internal candidates hired before January 1, 2021 may be considered in satisfaction of this requirement in lieu of an education agreement
Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred
Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS)
Current BLS/ACLS Certification
One (1) year of acute care experience
One (1) year of home infusion experience
Previous IV therapy expereince

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $44.13 - $85.17 USD. The RN Procedural Periop may need to demonstrate technical expertise in the following areas Periop, PACU, and procedural areas to support patient care during the episodic visit where interventions and procedures occur. Facilitation of Learning: The RN Procedural Periop exhibits the ability to facilitate learning for patients/families, nursing staff, other members of the healthcare team, and community. Includes both formal and informal facilitation of learning and education. Systems Thinking: The RN Procedural Periop possesses the body of knowledge and tools that allow the nurse to safely transition patients from one care setting to another. Demonstrates leadership skills in navigating systems and environmental resources as needed for the patient/family and staff. Job Requirements Graduation from an accredited school of nursing approved by the Washington State Board of Nursing. Current Washington state licensure as an RN. CPR certification is required every two years. ACLS. PALS (depending on location). Completion of related residency program with minimum 2 years of experience in area of care (OR, PACU). Prefer a minimum of 1 year experience in GI specialty. Prefer candidates with certification in related areas of care, such as OR, PACU.
