Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as an ICU RN or Critical Care RN. Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina (or compact state). Proficiency in using health information systems and EHR. Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including days and nights. Exceptional empathy, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-stress and emotionally demanding environment. BLS and ACLS certifications are required. CCRN certification preferred.
