What You Bring

Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred)
Current RN license , BLS , and ACLS
Experience as a discharge nurse in an adult med/surg acute‑care setting

Assesses patient referrals to determine that patient meets all admission criteria. Collaborates with physicians, referral sources, and other staff to monitor issues and status; establishes timing of admissions.
