Our Registered Nurse (RN) works as a resident advocate and services coordinator to ensure that residents health care needs are met in accordance within Oregon regulations. Evaluates, implements, and supervises wellness systems in conjunction with the Executive Director, Wellness Director, and Resident Services Director at the community level.

What you expect to do as a Registered Nurse (RN) Oversight:

  • Significant change of condition assessments

  • Other change of condition assessments as needed

  • Service Plan updates related to change of condition

  • PRN parameters and other medication related parameters as needed

  • Supportive device assessments

  • RN Delegation

  • Remote support for wellness team as relates to the above tasks

  • Interacts directly with associates, residents, resident family members, vendors, and professional contacts within the community

  • Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living

$105,000 - $115,000/annually
*Depending on Experience
