An RN in this position is given the opportunity to train on an array of Med Surg floors, Telemetry units and high acuity settings within Maine’s only Magnet designated hospital and level 1 Trauma Center. The assortment of floors and units an RN could potentially be assigned to may give way to opportunity to practice in highly sought after specialties once trained on multiple units, including pediatrics and Mother/Baby care, that may not otherwise be available at the time of hire.
