MaineHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse - Clinical Supervisor to join our Obstetrics and Gynecology team in Biddeford, ME. This position offers relocation reimbursement, a flexible schedule, and no weekends, on-call responsibilities, or major holidays, supporting an excellent work–life balance.

The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse with a BSN and two or more years of nursing experience, including clinical leadership or supervisory experience. In this role, you will support and mentor clinical staff, promote evidence-based practice, and help ensure high-quality, patient-centered care within a collaborative and supportive Obstetrics and Gynecology environment.

We are looking to grow our dynamic team with an engaged, motivated nurse leader who is passionate about teamwork, professional development, and continuous improvement.

Summary

The Supervisor – Clinical RN role is responsible for supervising assigned staff within the assigned work areas(s).

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)
  • Education: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing required. BSN preferred.
  • License/Certifications: Current State of Maine Nursing License or eligible for licensure to practice in Maine. Current BLS Certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
  • Experience: Two years of RN experience required. Experience in area of specialty may be required. Supervisory experience preferred.
