Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation.
One (1) year experience as a RN.

Required Certifications and Licensures:

Licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation.
Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order. Ability to travel to all business locations.

SHIFT AND SCHEDULE Full Time, Monday - Friday; 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM and On call hours required ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS · Complete a comprehensive assessment. This includes the initial and ongoing, extensive collection, analysis and interpretation of data. · Synthesize the data collected during the comprehensive assessment to identify problems, make nursing diagnoses, and to formulate goals, teaching plans and outcomes. · Implement the plan of care. The RN may begin, deliver, assign or delegate certain interventions within the plan of care for patients within legal, ethical, and regulatory parameters and in consideration of health restoration, disease prevention, wellness, and promotion of healthy lifestyles. · Evaluate and report patient outcomes and responses to therapeutic interventions in comparison to benchmarks from evidence-based practice and research findings, and plans any follow-up care and referrals EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE · Bachelor of Science (BSN) Degree in Nursing required.
