Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and organized LVN Scheduler to join our nursing home team. This role is key to ensuring appropriate staffing coverage while supporting quality resident care. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and able to communicate effectively with nursing staff and leadership.

Responsibilities include:

Creating and maintaining nursing schedules (LVNs, CNAs, etc.)
Ensuring adequate staffing to meet census and regulatory requirements
Managing call-offs, shift changes, and last-minute coverage
Communicating schedule changes clearly and professionally
Assisting with timekeeping, PTO tracking, and staffing reports
Working closely with the DON, ADON, and facility leadership
Supporting compliance with state and federal staffing guidelines

Qualifications:

Active LVN license in good standing
Previous scheduling experience in a nursing home or healthcare setting preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and problem-solve quickly
Familiarity with staffing software (preferred but not required)
Professional communication and teamwork skills
