Provides clinic support to the provider, clinic staff, the patient and their family to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of the patient's condition. Provides front-line office support as needed to facilitate efficient patient flow through the clinic. Meets the qualifications to provide care for patients in the age range specific to the assigned clinical area. Completes patient database on new and returning patients to include chief complaint, vital signs, and updated medical, surgical, and family history, update allergy information, and review all medication, amending the list as needed.
