Implementing compliance and quality improvement policies, programs and procedures Is responsible for surveillance, rounding, analyzing, interpreting and the reporting of healthcare-associated infections Supports the development of evidence-based organizational infection prevention policies/standards that meet state, federal, regulatory and accrediting agencies standard Leads in infection prevention and serves as a resource, educator, researcher and proponent of change in order to influence infection prevention improvement to provide quality health care within the organization REQUIREMENTS OF NURSE LEADER: As the leader, you must possess strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with patients, families, physicians, community resources, and the general public. Greenwood Village is seeking a full-time Activity Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidates must be devoted and compassionate about their chosen careers. Activity Assistant will have experience working with individuals with dementia, have a highly enthusiastic personality, and be able to develop creative activities for our residents. The hours for this position are 11 AM-7 PM. Responsibilities of Activity Assistant: Conducts and/or assists with assignments and assigned activity groups One-to-one activities utilizing interpersonal needs to meet resident/client needs Provides input and assistance with activity planning Escort residents to and from activities Projects a positive image of the organization in dealing with residents/clients, co-workers, public Qualifications of Activity Assistant: Experience is preferred High School Graduate or GED
