Position Overview

Highland Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor to oversee nursing operations during assigned shifts. This role ensures high-quality resident care, staff support, regulatory compliance, and smooth day-to-day clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise nursing staff and clinical operations during assigned shifts
Ensure quality resident care and adherence to care plans
Support staffing, assignments, and real-time problem solving
Respond to clinical concerns, incidents, and emergencies
Ensure compliance with NYSDOH, CMS, and facility policies
Provide guidance and support to LPNs and CNAs
Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation
Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and leadership.

Qualifications

Active RN license in New York State (required)
Prior supervisory experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred
Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills
Knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices
Ability to lead teams and make sound decisions under pressure
