The Wound Care Nurse (LPN or RN ) is responsible for assessing, treating, and monitoring residents with wounds, skin conditions, and pressure injuries. This role ensures evidence-based wound care practices, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team to promote healing and prevent complications.
