We’re currently hiring for weekday and weekend shifts, including daytime, evening, and overnight hours.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience with dementia, Alzheimer’s, or stroke care is a plus, but not required — we provide training!

Your Role as an In-Home Caregiver
You’ll provide meaningful, one-on-one care that helps clients stay safe and comfortable at home, including:

  • Companionship and emotional support

  • Assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

  • Meal preparation and help with eating when needed

  • Medication reminders

  • Mobility support (walking assistance, transfers)

  • Light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment

  • Accurate documentation and communication

  • Working with care teams to support client well-being

Responsibilities and Duties: Right at Home provides non-medical, in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities to help them thrive in their home. We achieve this by providing care that helps their daily lives run more smoothly. We help with activities of daily living to ensure our clients receive individualized care specific to their physical capabilities and mental capacities.
