Qualifications:

  • Currently licensed in this state.
  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
  • Two (2) years’ experience of nursing supervisory experience.

This includes direct clinical care, family/caregiver education, oversight of Caregivers, and working collaboratively with an Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) to provide holistic care for our participants. This position is a member of the Interdisciplinary Team, pursuant to 42 CFR §§ 460.102(b) and (d), as the Day Center Supervisor and backup for the Personal Care Attendant Representative. As an RN or LPN, Day Center Supervisor is responsible for day center coverage, services, managing risk, medication management, and overall programming. Education - Associate’s Degree or higher in Nursing. Experience - Two (2) years’ experience in a social or recreational program providing and coordinating services for the frail or elderly within the last five years, one of which was full-time in a patient program within a health care setting. Other Requirement(s) - Active Washington State RN license required. Active BLS upon hire.
