Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, and deliver comprehensive wound care for long-term care residents.

Document wound progress and adjust treatment protocols as necessary.

Qualifications:

Active RN or LPN license in the state of Illinois (required).
Wound care certification (WOCN, WCC, or equivalent) preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of wound care experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
Strong clinical skills and a compassionate, resident-focused mindset.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
