RN Supervisor Responsibilities:

Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care
Oversee clinical operations during your assigned shift
Conduct rounds to monitor resident care and address any concerns
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to implement care plans
Ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations
Provide guidance, coaching, and support to nursing staff

Registered Nurse Supervisor Qualifications:

Valid Pennsylvania RN license in good standing
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
Strong clinical skills and a passion for long-term care
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
