Available Shifts:

Full Time | Evening Shift
Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Safely administer medications and treatments
Support residents through admissions, transfers, and discharges
Accurately document care in medical records
Educate residents and families on treatment plans
Maintain infection control and safety standards
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team
Ensure confidentiality and follow DOH/facility regulations

Qualifications:

Current NH Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Long-term care experience preferred
Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused mindset
