He/she must be a strong leader and motivator. The RN Supervisor will provide clinical oversight of the nursing units.

He/she will be responsible for a combination of administrative and clinical tasks, directing/educating staff and providing care.

The successful candidate will need to be able to handle multiple tasks at once with poise.
