About the Role

Key Responsibilities
The RN Unit Manager is instrumental in ensuring smooth unit operations and high-quality resident care. Responsibilities include:
Supervising and supporting clinical staff on the assigned unit
Providing leadership, guidance, and education to nursing staff
Promoting a positive, inclusive, and accountable workplace culture
Ensuring compliance with infection prevention and safety standards
Supporting staffing needs to meet resident acuity and census demands
Maintaining clinical excellence through attention to detail and best practices
Our residents rely on your expertise, leadership, and clinical judgment to ensure they receive outstanding care every day.
Qualifications
To be considered, candidates must have:
An unencumbered Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current CPR certification
Minimum of two (2) years RN experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
Prior nursing leadership or unit management experience preferred
Five (5) years of RN experience strongly preferred
