We are looking for an LPN who is ready to make an impact with our residents. This position offers opportunities for growth, and the chance to form meaning bonds with our residents and their families.

You will experience memory-making moments as you ensure our residents receive high quality care. Duties include:

Tracking and mapping of infections
Reporting infections, in accordance with state and federal guidelines
Providing education to all departments
Performing treatments according to physician orders
Writing and updating resident care plans
Writing and updating policies

This is a Monday through Friday, day shift position, with occasional weekends. This is a management position.

Must have a valid, unencumbered Practical Nurse License (LPN) in the state of Pennsylvania

CPR certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)

Infection Preventionist certification, or willingness to obtain
