Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality care, including IV therapy, treatments, wound care, medication administration, and other clinical needs as per physician orders and patient care plans.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments within the scope of nursing practice.
Monitor and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions.
Provide leadership by overseeing and supporting nursing assistants.

Qualifications:

Current Ohio RN License
Strong documentation skills; experience with PointClickCare is a plus
A reliable work history with excellent attendance and punctuality

Critical care experience (ICU/CCU) is preferred but not required. Home dialysis experience preferred but not required. Must meet all state/licensing requirements. Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and judgment to care for dialysis patients in an acute care setting. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Current CPR certification. Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.
