What We Offer

- Hourly compensation: $52.22–$77.59 (based on experience and collective bargaining agreement)

- Current Washington RN license (or ability to obtain by hire date)
- BLS for Healthcare Providers (AHA or American Red Cross)
- Minimum one (1) year of RN experience required.

In this role, you will:
- Provide direct post‑surgical nursing care with professionalism, skill, and empathy
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in alignment with organizational standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes
- Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients and families
- Foster a supportive, team‑oriented environment that promotes growth and learning
