We are located at 1 Hutchinson Drive in Danvers, MA and at 383 Paradise Road in Swampscott, MA. Our team of expert obstetricians and gynecologists provide high-quality compassionate care to woman of all ages, including annual check-ups, pre-and postnatal care, and advanced gynecologic surgery. Many of our physicians are specially trained in performing minimally invasive procedures.
We are seeking a part-time 32-hour RN to support our Swampscott practice. Our practice is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Please note, this role requires local travel to other OGBYN sites including our practice in Danvers, MA.
This RN will be supporting traditional clinical duties such as phone triage, office visits, patient education, injections, and in basket management.
Job Summary
Responsible for patient care and support within the outpatient setting through providing compassionate care, assisting in procedures, and collaborating effectively in a dynamic ambulatory care environment.Does this position require Patient Care? Yes
Essential Functions:
-Deliver direct patient care and support, ensuring high nursing standards.
-Conduct patient assessments, devise care plans, and assist in outpatient procedures with a focus on patient comfort and safety.
-Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care.
-Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
-Administer medications, perform IV therapy, and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
-Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
Education
Associate's Degree Nursing required and Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred

Licenses and Credentials
Registered Nurse [RN - State License] - Generic - HR Only required Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] - Data Conversion - Various Issuers preferred
Experience
Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required and Ambulatory care or outpatient experience 1-2 years preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Proficient knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and healthcare technologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
