Coordinating information flow among medical, ancillary, nursing, financial and insurance company staff Representing the heart failure, VAD and transplant program(s) through involvement in hospital and community activities Coordinator participates in the development and maintenance of the transplant/VAD statistical databases, Intermacs and any registries pertaining to VAD services. Supports the VAD Process Improvement Committee preparations as required. Supports requirements for continued VAD Certification by Joint Commission.
