Responsibilities

Coordinates and oversees all aspects of patients' home care.
Collaborates with patient care teams to develop and implement care plans.
Educates families on patient condition, needs and care.
Performs head to toe physical assessments.
Checks vital signs and manages medications.
Gives injections, IV therapy or tube feedings.
Administers and maintains catheters.
Completes documentation timely and accurately.
Supervises LPNs and HHAs.
Regularly communicates patient progress to the clinical manager, physician and care team.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

One year of clinical experience as a registered nurse (RN). If less than 1 year clinical experience as a RN, candidate must be approved by VP clinical.*
Current RN license, specific to the state(s) you are assigned to work.
Minimum six months home health experience.
Current CPR certification.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and liability insurance.
Able to assess patient status and identify requirements relative to age specific needs.
Must be familiar with general use and functions of the computer, such as, user names and password concepts; internet; e-mail; navigation of computer desktop, including starting programs, using files and windows, effectively use navigation buttons and tool bars; ability to self-manage online HR services and online training programs.

*Note - If less than 6 months clinical experience as a RN, candidate must participate in RN Intern program.

Enliven is seeking an experienced RN (Registered Nurse) to service home infusion and Infusion Center patients in Fort Worth and surrounding locations. The ideal candidate must be well-trained and able to give the best nursing care possible with little supervision. They will educate patients and their families on prevention and healthy habits. Description Medical City Denton RN PACU Seasonal PRN 60 per hour plus shift differentials Program runs September 21, 2025 - April 4, 2026 PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS · All seasonal RNs are required to work a minimum of 72 hours per pay period during the seasonal period. · Within a close geography, you may be asked to float to another facility that has an emergent staffing need. · Four (4) weekend shifts are required each 4 week schedule period. · During the course of the 32-week period, the employee is required to work two (2) holiday shifts (defined by Department Manager or designee). · Seasonal Staff are PRN status employees and are subject to first call-off.
